Sean Kennedy launched TRG in 2002 and has served as the president ever since. For the past 12 years TRG has experienced double-digit growth under his leadership. Sean had a clear vision of what the data collection industry needed most—a comprehensive set of service and equipment solutions all “under one roof.” TRG was the first to provide customers with a full range of mobility services including buying, selling, repairing, training, consulting, managing and much more. It wasn’t just the dynamic number of offerings that transformed the industry—Sean ensured TRG always had a customer-centric approach to business. “Everything we do is about putting our customers first,” says Sean. “It’s why we provide 24/7 tech service and online support with our ServiceHub. It’s why we offer to buy back used equipment sitting on customers’ shelves. It’s why we offer customer training and consultation. Customers know we are always here for them.” Sean graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Communications. He’s a member of ASCDI, SIA and NRF. Sean is also a big believer in supporting the community. He actively participates with nonprofits groups such as Susan G. Komen, local animal shelters, Cleveland Foodbank, Recovery Resources, Berea Family & Children First, The Rocky River Education Foundation and many others.
